Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force 6.3.2023, and remain valid until further notice.
General
The website at www.autoleasing.fi (“Website”) and the Autoleasing online store available on the Website (“Service”) are owned, developed and managed by NF Fleet Oy (“NF Fleet”, “Us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applied between the user (“User”, “You”) and NF Fleet, and they govern the use of the Website and Service.

By using the Website, you confirm that you are an adult and capable of agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, or that your guardian has accepted these Terms and Conditions, and you undertake to comply with the effective Terms and Conditions and the law in force. Please note that only legally competent persons who are at least 21 years old can place orders using the Service (see order and delivery conditions), and you must have a valid driver’s license.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Website and Service.
When placing an order using the Service, you must also accept the order and delivery conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions and sign the operational lease agreement.
Contents of the Website and Service
NF Fleet strives to ensure that the Website and Service are as high quality as possible. NF Fleet is responsible for ensuring that the editorial content of the Website and Service is in accordance with the law and good practice.
All of the data, contents, information and material on the Website and Service and that form the Website and Service, including (without limitation):
(i) texts, directories, graphics, photos, illustrations, images, video, audio and sound clips, any advertisements and marketing materials, data, software (excluding any open source software that you can use freely in accordance with their own licensing conditions), translations, HTML code, design, graphical user interface and general look and feel;
(ii) registered or unregistered trademarks, logos, business names, service trademarks and domain names; and
(iii) information and intangible assets in any other format
(all of the above (i)–(iii), individually and collectively referred to as the “Content” or “Contents”) are either under the ownership or control of NF Fleet or licensed to NF Fleet and, as such, they are protected by industrial design right, copyright, trademark and other laws where applicable.
Using any additional chargeable services requires the payment of the stated price shown on the Website or Service. All of the displayed prices include the currently-effective value-added tax.
Availability and use of the Website and Service
NF Fleet shall use its best endeavors to ensure the availability of the Website and Service at all times and without interruptions, but it cannot guarantee such availability. NF Fleet has the right to interrupt providing the Website and/or Service at any time without liability due to, e.g., changes, updates or related technical reasons or due to network repair, installation or maintenance work or other such reason or when required by legislation or orders of authorities so require. NF Fleet will limit the duration of potential interruptions to the minimum. Prior notice will be given of such interruptions if possible. NF Fleet also has the right to terminate the Website and/or Service at any given time without liability for damages. NF Fleet will try to announce this decision on the Website prior to termination.
The ownership of the Website, copyrights and other immaterial rights belong to NF Fleet, unless otherwise specified. NF Fleet grants to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to open, inspect, save and print the Contents of the Website and Service for your own personal, non-commercial and legal use, provided that you retain any copyright information and other ownership information present in the original material in any copies of the material.
Any other copying, saving, transferring or forwarding of the Contents on the Website and Service in any format or extent is prohibited without the prior written consent of NF Fleet. Modifying or altering the Website or Service or using them in any other way than what is permitted by these Terms and Conditions is prohibited. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Personal data and cookies
NF Fleet has the right to process the User’s personal data in accordance with the law in force and as described in more detail in the Privacy Policy of NF Fleet.

Data security
The online environment and services are never completely secure. The User is responsible for maintaining appropriate data security for his/her IT systems. NF Fleet shall organize the data security of the Website and Service in a generally acceptable and effective manner. NF Fleet employs appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to its IT systems. However, NF Fleet cannot guarantee total data security.
Devices, software and connections
The User shall be liable for the acquisition of any devices, software and network connections required to use the Website and Service, and for their functionality and associated costs. They may not disturb or otherwise inconvenience the Website, Service or other users of the network. The User is responsible for any demands or costs caused by using the Website or Service, such as cellular or data-roaming charges.
Restriction of liability
NF Fleet will try to maintain the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the Website, Service and Contents. However, the Website, Service and Contents are provided “as is” and “as available”, unless otherwise provided by law. NF Fleet and its employees, directors, group companies, representatives, licensers and suppliers (“NF Fleet and its partners”) make no representations, warranties or guarantees that the Content on the Website or Service is accurate, complete, current or usable. They do not make any representations, warranties or guarantees that the Website, Service and their Contents, services and functions would be error-free or that access to them would be uninterrupted or that any functions would be fixed or that the User could access the Website or the Service and use all of their functions at any time.
NF Fleet and its partners cannot guarantee that the Website, Service or any data therein is completely free from viruses, contamination or destructive properties. The Website and/or Service may contain flaws, errors and other issues that could cause system failures and other failures as well as data loss on computers and other devices from which the Website and Service can be opened and used.
The Website and Service can contain links to third-party websites. However, NF Fleet and its partners are in no way responsible for the contents, products or services that the third party advertises or otherwise offers using the links on the Website or Service.
The only action that you can take against NF Fleet and its partners due to your dissatisfaction towards the Website, Service or any part of their Contents is to stop using the Website, Service or that part of the Contents.
Unless otherwise stated by the law, NF Fleet and its partners are in no event liable for any management of the Website or Service by the User, the User’s access to the Website or Service or any damages or demands incurred due to using them, including situations where NF Fleet and its partners have been notified of the possibility of such damages or demands.
This “Restriction of liability” section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
User’s responsibilities
The User is responsible for their own actions, and they are liable for compensating NF Fleet for any damages arising from the User’s illegal actions or violation of these Terms and Conditions. The User agrees to provide correct, accurate, current and complete information that does not infringe on or misuse a third party’s copyright, business secret, trademark or other immaterial rights or violate the privacy of any third party. Unless otherwise stated by the law, the User is liable for any direct and indirect costs caused to them by using the Website and/or Service.
Force majeure
Force majeure shall discharge NF Fleet from its obligations regarding the Website and Service if the force majeure prevents or unreasonably hinders some performance pertaining to the Website and/or Service. Force majeure events include fires, earthquakes, floods, explosions, strikes and other cessations of work, orders from authorities, disturbances concerning the supply of energy, shortages of raw materials or equipment, cable or data communication disruptions caused by an external actor or other cause that has not been known and could not have been reasonably foreseen in advance. NF Fleet will announce a force majeure event on the Website immediately after it has surfaced.
Changes
NF Fleet is continuously improving the Website and Service. NF Fleet has the right to make changes to the Website, Service and their Contents at any time and for any purpose without liability for damages. NF Fleet also has the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without liability. NF Fleet will publish the updated version of the Terms and Conditions on the Website, and the changes will go into effect immediately. By continuing to use the Website and/or Service, the User agrees to the new altered terms and commits to complying with them.
Transfer of rights and obligations
The User is not entitled to transfer the right of use of the Website or Service without a written consent from NF Fleet.
NF Fleet has the right to transfer the Website and/or Service or their maintenance as well as related responsibilities and obligations to another company in the same group or to a third party.
Validity of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are valid until further notice. They shall remain in force for as long as NF Fleet provides the Website and/or Service and the User uses them. If the User violates the Terms and Conditions, NF Fleet may prevent the User from using the Website and/or Service. NF Fleet may also cease to provide the Website and/or Service to the User in part or fully at any time and for any justifiable reason without liability for damages. Justified reasons include, for example, situations where the User has caused disturbance to the telecommunications network, telecommunications, other users, third parties or situations where the User has broken the law or used the Website and/or Service in a way that violates these Terms and Conditions. The User may stop using the Website and/or Service at any time. However, doing so shall not affect the User’s responsibilities that have arisen before they stopped using the Website and/or Service.
Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law, excluding its choice of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be primarily resolved by means of mutual negotiations. If the negotiations are not successful, the first stage of dispute resolution shall be the District Court of Itä-Uusimaa.
However, a consumer customer may be entitled to take legal action against NF Fleet in the lower court of his/her own domicile.
A consumer customer can also submit the issue to be solved by the Consumer Disputes Board either directly or by using the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform. To process the issue, you need the NF Fleet email address: autoleasing@nffleet.com. It is recommended to contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the local register office before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
