At NF Fleet, service is extremely important to us. If something went wrong or is not to your satisfaction, let us know via the form below.

How the complaint process works:

  1. NF Fleet receives your complaint, assigns it to the relevant team and opens an investigation.
  2. We will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your complaint.
  3. If additional information is needed we will check in with you.
  4. We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, but within 2 months at the latest.
